Welcome to Between the Flame.

For those who know me through my music, I'm Lyrical SoulFlame. But behind the lyrics, the melodies, the performances, and the woman you see on stage, there's simply me.

A woman. A mother. A wife. A creative soul. A human being still learning, growing, questioning, laughing, sometimes crying, and figuring things out along the way.

And that's really why I created this space.

Music has always been a beautiful way for me to express what's happening within. Sometimes a song comes from a place of strength and confidence. Other times, it comes from uncertainty, healing, reflection, or a part of myself I'm still learning to understand.

But not every experience becomes a song.

Sometimes there are thoughts I just want to share. Moments that make me laugh at myself. Lessons that challenge what I thought I knew. Spiritual discoveries that open new doors within me. And yes, moments when I'm not feeling nearly as confident as the woman holding the microphone might appear to be.

Because the truth is, I'm still becoming.

I don't have all the answers. I don't always get things right. Sometimes I question myself, sometimes I surprise myself, and sometimes I have to remind myself to simply enjoy the journey instead of worrying about where it's taking me.

And I'm learning to embrace all of that.

Here, I want to share the stories behind my music, the experiences that inspire me, my personal reflections on life and spirituality, and the everyday moments that remind me just how beautifully complicated being human can be.

Not to teach anyone how to live. Not to convince anyone to believe what I believe. But simply to share my experience, my perspective, and perhaps create a space where someone else might recognize a little of themselves along the way.

Some days we'll talk music. Other days we might talk about life, growth, love, fears, victories, or something completely unexpected. And knowing me, there will definitely be some laughter involved! 😂

So whether you've been following my musical journey or you're just discovering me for the first time, I'm glad you're here.
